Shipping costs

Shipping to the Netherlands is handled by DHL and delivered by DHL NL.

Shipping to Belgium is handled by DHL and delivered by bpost.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, total weight, and volume of the order.

Shipping to the Netherlands (NL)

1. Warenpost (without tracking, max. 1 kg & 35 × 25 × 8 cm):

• up to 300 g: €2.90
• up to 500 g: €3.90
• up to 700 g: €4.90

2. Parcel Shipping (with tracking):

• Standard parcel (up to 500 g): €5.90
• Standard parcel (over 500 g): €5.90
• Parcel (if Warenpost option is available): €5.90

Shipping to Belgium (BE)

1. Warenpost (without tracking, max. 1 kg & 35 × 25 × 8 cm):

• up to 500 g: €4.90
• up to 700 g: €5.90
• up to 1 kg: €6.50

2. Parcel Shipping (with tracking):

• Standard parcel (up to 500 g): €6.50
• Standard parcel (over 500 g): €5.90
• Parcel (if Warenpost option is available): €6.50

Information on Taxes and Customs

• Deliveries within the EU (incl. Netherlands & Belgium): All stated prices include statutory VAT. Within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import fees apply.
• Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, UK): For deliveries outside the EU, prices are displayed exclusive of local taxes. Additional customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees may apply and are payable directly by the recipient to the local authorities.
• Shipping to the USA: Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.
