Gusti Leder studio

The unique products of the Gusti Leder studio collection are mainly made from buffalo and cowhide leather. They are manufactured in larger factories in Italy and India that comply with international production standards such as SA 8000. Two processes are used for tanning: some products are vegetable-tanned, while others are chrome-tanned to achieve particularly tear-resistant and durable results. Regular laboratory tests ensure that the limits for Chromium VI are adhered to. These tests are carried out both in recognized laboratories in India and at the FILK - Research Institute for Leather and Plastic Sheeting GmbH in Germany.
